Had a terrible experience at a different shop down the road, so I left to go here. A 2-hour wait for a nail a flat repair seemed a little long, but it was worth it for the customer service.

The problem with my car was not easy to diagnose but the techs were on it. From one end of the car to the other. The issue was found and resolved.

I ito ally there was miscommunication with my appointment bec I booked online but I still showed up and Jason said , yes we can still accommodate you . They gave me a good price and gave me estimate of possible other services without feeling pressured .

Very competitive prices and great customer service is why I have bought tires from the Big O store in Newark since early 2000. Going on my seventh set across 3 vehicles.

The crew with Jason deliver A-1 professional tire and repair facility. I miss LUCKY the friendly parrot pet of the owner years ago. 😘

Christian was kind enough to help me even though it was past closing time. Let me know they would work on my tire first thinking in the morning, he did his best to fix it but the damages were worse then we thought so he assisted me with the purchase of a new tire.
