Making appointment online was super easy. When I arrived for appointment they saw me right away and was done within the hour. Couldn't have been smoother.

I had to have my car towed to Big O because of a ruined tire. The tire had been purchased a little over a month ago, and fortunately I had purchased a warranty, so it cost me only half.

This Was A Great Experience.. I Was Very Concerned With My Situation With My Tire But The Lady At The Front Desk (Reddish Hair) Was Absolutely Amazing.. It Was An Hour Before Close And She Went Outside And Checked And Stated That They Can Fix It But Also Provided Additional Options.. She Was Very Professional And Totally understanding.. I Decided To Replace Both Rear Tires But The Team Was So Efficient.. They Had Me Out In 45 Minutes The Entire Team Was Great Thank You Again Guys!!

It was a great experience. The only negative was they didn't have my tire in stock, so I had to come back the next day to change the tire. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

There's nothing I can complain or expect more. The customer services and quality of the service (tire changing, rotation, checking and changing oil, suggestion etc.. ) all 5 stars.
