I came in for a simple flat tire repair and it was awesome to see how quick I was helped. This Big O' Tires constantly looks busy but the service I've received over the years is the reason I've stayed loyal to you guys so thank you!

My car was towed there due to a flat tire. It turned out that I needed 2 front tires. He gave me the best price possible and even gave me an additional discount. Also, this shop is very close to my house, so it is very convenient.

The reason I did not give #4 a 5 or a 10 on #2 is because this is not quick service. There are places that can do the work in a more appointment-focused manner, which sometimes is more desirable.

I like friendly people who is willing to help as much as possible. I needed a ride home and they voluntary gave me a ride. they always try to schedule my car in as soon as possible
