Jason White, the owner is a great guy and he made sure I'm totally satisfied with the service. He is really on top on the emails and calls and made a process easy.

I needed to replace my 4 tires for my Ford Flex, Jonathan was my service writer and did a great job on looking at all options and pricing that would work about my Budget, we tired a in house tire from store inventory and place it on my 22 rim to get a visual, after seeing the tire on the rim, I did not like the look. Jonathan when back to looking for a tire that I would like, afterwards we were able to find a Toyo brand tire. After the install of these tires I'm very happy of the look and everything worked out. 5 stars for Jonathan efforts....

Fast and reliable service.

I made an appointment for 8 AM on a Saturday to replace a front axle seal that was leaking. The service tech was prompt in processing the work order. Best part, the work was completed under the estimated time window and the final cost was $30 less than the original estimate.

I have multiple vehicles and they always are polite and fast.

The staff was very helpful. Big O always does a great job.

I've been a customer of the Newark Big-O since I moved to Newark in 1995. It's always been a fair priced place to get tires and simple services.

I went in for brakes which 2 different companies said I needed once my car was on the rack I received a phone call from Jason saying that my brakes were practically brand new and I didn’t need to have them changed

I hadn't been to Big O Tires in a long time for certain reasons for previous car I owned. I found another place to take my car for service and the prices were so much more lower then Big O. I just happened to stop in because I got something stuck in my tire which ended up being a screw. Ashley mentioned that they were unable to fix it and she showed me way. I purchased two new tires for my stepmoms car plus she gave me a $20. discount. I had asked her prior to quote me on tire prices and she printed out her three choices. Ashley also gave me a quote for the additional two tires and oil change. I might be back to purchase two more tires and an oil change for my stepmoms car unless the other place I go to can get the tires for less including the oil change. Ashley was professional and knowledgeable about her job. Either way, I just want to have all the same tires on my stepmoms car.

I've always felt like automotive shops were way over priced and always looking to fix something else to rack up your bill, however when I dropped off my car for an oil change and to figure out where I was leaking oil from Jason and the big o team took amazing care of me and my car I wouldn't want to tKe my car anywhere else after the maxing service a great prices
