I spoke with Jason white and he not only helped to find the perfect kit but also made me a great deal on installing it and offered to buy back the almost new smaller tires at a great price.He knows everything there is about helping customers figure out what they want and is extremely helpful in making it happen. The battery in my van needed to be replaced. They had the battery in stock and were able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Less than 30 min from when I arrived I was on my way out with a new battery.

Christian was excellent and thorough with his explanation of the service to be done. We called for an appointment earlier and right there he accepted our request and said we are next so I immediately drove to Big O in Newark, Ca. Just over an hour, the job is done. Ashley did the checkout as Christian was busy with other customers. She showed me what was done and frankly I was not given the actual details by previous car shops but Big O Tires provided all the details. Five stars for this shop.

Had then install a set of 4 Big O tire for a Honda Accord. I always compared prices to Costco and they beat their price all the time. Plus I can get an alignment at the same time. Let's see, better prices, less waiting, better warranty, better service and alignment....and free coffee. Beats the $1.50 hotdog and a drink.

Really felt like they delivered on trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. others just say they will try..The worst is when they give a wait time and go beyond that. Also, made a recommendation for additional service with physical evidence so i could see for myself. Gave me cost upfront so no surprises. Just customer forward. This is my east bay go to now.

I had a screw in my tire they fix it in a timely manner even on a holiday weekend

I went in for an oil change and in the routine brake inspection they discovered my front brake pads and rotors wee worn and needed replacing. Service above and beyond I have been tsking my vehicles to this Big O for over 10 years and have always had exceptional service.

Ryan and Jason and Christian were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There were issues with my insurance company and they were super patient and helped me work with them.

went to the store with a screw in my passenger side rear tire. w3as greated with a smile and "how can we help you". looked up my account and assigned a serviceman to fix the problem. Service was quick and done cheerfully. will return with any further tire needs. Thank you

These guys are just plain honest. They have no problem recommending cheaper options as long as it’s right for your car. Every time I come here they’re always great.
