Great store and staff, they always treat me right that is why we keep coming back.

I have 9 cars myself and family drive. Anytime there any hint of a problem with any car, I ask why are you telling me tell Jason at Big O. All 9 of my vehicles run better due to the outstanding maintenance Big O of Newark Ca. Has performed on my cars. My 1998 F150 doesn't look the best but I refuse to sell it because it runs like a brand new vehicle because of Big O's loyalty and attention all my vehicles have had. I have never been over charged for something I didn't need. Thumbs up to the Big O Crew!!!

The Big O Tires team were knowledgeable and helping with recommendations in replacing my rims on my Porsche Panamera. They handled the job without any issues and returned the vehicle spotless. Fantastic team!! These guys truly make sure your clear about the services your having done. They always treat you like family. They don’t push you to purchase any unnecessary services. They take there time when explaining the FREE multipoint inspection. The facility is extremely clean. This place has wonderful waiting area with free Starbucks coffee and a variety of Flavored teas.
