Big O Tires

I purchased the remaining two tires for my car. I had to get a tire alignment on my car and I found the $88.00 high. I wanted to have my place I found to do the alignment that day and they were closed for President's Day. Ashley offered me a $20.00 dollar discount and I got my alignment done there that day. When it comes to car care, I need to research to get the best service and price for my budget. Now I have all four tires, alignment and oil change. Ashley was knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

I am a returning customer and they recognize me, call me by name, and basically I hand them the keys and they know what to do, and what needs to get done. I really appreciate that.

It's difficult to feel trust with mechanics. This difficulty generally has more to do with one's lack of mechanical knowledge than it does an individual mechanic. I was recently given two quotes feom two different businesses to fix a problem with my car. The quotes ranged from $1200 to $7000. The guys at Big Ol', specifically Jason, fixed my car for $200. This has earned my trust and I will return for all future needs.

Service rep was very prompt, thorough and very communicative of each step of the process. He called me to provide updates on the service and ETAs.

I buy all my vehicle's tires at Big-O. On this date, I took my truck in to get my brakes checked. They turned out to be in good condition and no additional service was necessary at this time.

Staff is friendly and professional. No pressure to do other repairs but they inform you of any needs.

I had forgotten that I got free flat repair with the new tires I bought a year ago - when I came in Sunday to get a tire patched, they waved me off when I tried to pay! It was only then I remembered the deal. In addition, although they had a stack of other work going, they made sure to get my free repair done before close of business that same day. We will be coming back here for the next set of tires!
