Big O Tires

Love coming to this location, but I have one complaint about my visit this time. I had greasy finger prints left on the cloth around the window, and steering wheel. I assuming it was when he put the new sticker on the window and when he was driving the car.

great service and great price it doesn't get any better than Jason and his crew. don't waste your time going anywhere else these guys can take care of all your needs.

Overall experience was good....My only complaint would be better communication on how long it will take for service. It took a couple hours longer than I was told.I wasn’t pressing for a time so more accurate time would’ve been appreciated as I had other things to do. Overall I am very satisfied.I’ve been coming to this location for over 25 years...

I got my tires for both my cars, oil change and I been coming back for tire rotation and will be coming back.

Friendly service however, I would have appreciated it if they had communicated the pricing with me before the service was rendered.

Yesterday while they were doing the oil change on my car, I had them check the break pads also, I was very happy with their service.

The quality of service which was provided was awesome!

The Team at Big O Tires were very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in without a scheduled appointment and they were quick to give me an answers to my situation. Provided some suggestions and I was able to get my issue resolved within a few hours. Thank you for the great service!

There was good service, the people were nice, the quality was top teir. My company use your service for maintenance and oil change.

I bought my tires at big o and negot punctured by a nail. Despite being busy they fixed my tire quickly and without charge.the hole staff was super friendly.

You services my entire fleet and are always Johnny on the spot getting my trucks back on the road so i can keep my business running.

Customer service was excellent. DJ not only met Costco's price but beat it by a little bit on a set of Michelin Defenders. I needed a ride home and they provided a ride and picked me up when my truck was done, this was unexpected and a nice service. DJ also noted some items that may need attention and wrote up an estimate. I have always had good service at this location and will continue to do business with them.
