I had a flat tire that needed to be patched. I did not know to start with that Big-O-Tire actually does tire repair, so when I called and given a timing and an estimated cost over the phone I was pleasantly surprised. I got pretty late dropping my car off. But the job was completed within an hours time,which was less than what I was promised. All in all, I found them honest, dependable and prompt.

Jason and Ryan and all the Team are great. They did their best dealing with my company's Fleet Management Company EMKAY which was the roadblock and was slow to respond to them.

Great service provided. They original had said the tires we wanted were not available but a 2nd inventory check did show them but would have to be shipped there. They had them within 2 hours and were able to get it all done before 2pm. We paid extra for the nitrogen fill and tire warranty for 3 years and I feel for the additional cost is more than worth it as this is my daughter's car and I don't want to have her worried or stuck on the side of the road. With this service she gets towed and repaired for free or re-imbursed for repair/replacement if can't be towed to a big'o service center.

I have been going to this Big O Tires for years. The owner Jason is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and builds a great team. I remember when Ryan was just starting his job there and in my last visit Ryan was a Pro. Working the way Jason would. Making sure he would call the client to let client know the price for a part. He remembers me too. I heard Paul offering to pickup a part that is near his home. Covid hit everyone hard. Christian gave me a list of repairs needed done to my 12 year old car. With that i can prioritized the critical and balance my budget. I brought all 3 cars back to them for service one after the other. I used to live 1.5 miles from them. I moved away but i still go back. I trust those guys. There is a good energy there. They are good people. I feel good going there.
