I've been a regular and loyal customer due to the excellent quality and hospitality shown towards me every time I walk through the door. I will continue to be a returning loyal customer for many years to come. I appreciate all of the individuals who come in contact with myself or my car. Had a flat. Got in quick and got it fixed. Tech put the spare tire, jack etc away properly and clean.

Excellent Customer Service Reliable Knowledgeable

Telling me future maintenance tasks for my vehicle is helpful. I can plan to do it now instead of later. This gives me a piece of mind just in case I need to drive out to Sacramento or Los Angeles for the weekend. I like feeling secure about my vehicle because I did preventative maintenance ahead of time.

Needed tires. They found I also needed new serpentine belt and alignment, both of which I knew were true. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Good guys.

Just oil change and rotation but great service as usual.

I like bringing my car here because they always provide great service at reasonable prices.Jason is a professional and friendly and really knows cars.If they find something that needs attention, they will let you know but not pressure you into getting it done right now and then, unless it is urgent.

Manger and associates there are super helpful. I manage a location that sells hundred of cars/month and every time we have a request from this location, they consistently deliver. They work with us and provide exceptions, they have earned a great relationship with us and we plan on continuing to use their services in the future.

Recently I experienced a side wall blow out on my brand new (June 2015) mini cooper. The roadside assistance provided with the vehicle was unhelpful and I was towed to Big O Tires on Newark Blvd. Not only were the Big O folks friendly and efficient, they actually spoke with the Mini dealer, secured a tire for me and sent someone from their shop to pick it up! WOW.... talk about customer service! I was also very pleased with their prices. While waiting for my tire, the staff were busy cleaning and stocking the waiting area. What a great end to a unpleasant experience! I will tell all my friends to use them for their tire needs. Thank you Big O! I appreciate your efforts and great service!

It nice to drop my car off for service and its repaired right the first time. I have 10 used cars within my family all are serviced by Jason at Big O Newark and they all run better then when I purchased them. Thanks Big O Team!!!

Where able to diagnose and do repairs in one day. Very professional and courteous. Willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy my needs every time I’ve come in for service.

I did not wait too long to get my wheel alignment done and got good results.

Service was prompt and the associate that helped me educated me about tire sizes, explained why I shouldn't purchase the tires I wanted, and suggested more appropriate tires at the same price that were compatible with my car.

Had one of my 3 cars work done there this week, lots of money spent on, struts, water pump,Oil Change etc.
