I've been a regular and loyal customer due to the excellent quality and hospitality shown towards me every time I walk through the door. I will continue to be a returning loyal customer for many years to come. I appreciate all of the individuals who come in contact with myself or my car. I have been coming to this location for years because I TRUST them. They have always been honest with me on what services were essential for my car and which ones can wait. I have a very tight budget and they always work with me to prioritize what I need done. That is why I bring vehicles to them for service and why I pick them to do upgrades when I do have the room in my budget.

Needed tires. They found I also needed new serpentine belt and alignment, both of which I knew were true. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Good guys.

The service person was professional and courteous. In fact this is my third visit in the last 2 months and it was because of your service person Christian.

I like bringing my car here because they always provide great service at reasonable prices.Jason is a professional and friendly and really knows cars.If they find something that needs attention, they will let you know but not pressure you into getting it done right now and then, unless it is urgent.

Solid service

Telling me future maintenance tasks for my vehicle is helpful. I can plan to do it now instead of later. This gives me a piece of mind just in case I need to drive out to Sacramento or Los Angeles for the weekend. I like feeling secure about my vehicle because I did preventative maintenance ahead of time.

Recently I experienced a side wall blow out on my brand new (June 2015) mini cooper. The roadside assistance provided with the vehicle was unhelpful and I was towed to Big O Tires on Newark Blvd. Not only were the Big O folks friendly and efficient, they actually spoke with the Mini dealer, secured a tire for me and sent someone from their shop to pick it up! WOW.... talk about customer service! I was also very pleased with their prices. While waiting for my tire, the staff were busy cleaning and stocking the waiting area. What a great end to a unpleasant experience! I will tell all my friends to use them for their tire needs. Thank you Big O! I appreciate your efforts and great service!

Just oil change and rotation but great service as usual.

Manger and associates there are super helpful. I manage a location that sells hundred of cars/month and every time we have a request from this location, they consistently deliver. They work with us and provide exceptions, they have earned a great relationship with us and we plan on continuing to use their services in the future.

Had one of my 3 cars work done there this week, lots of money spent on, struts, water pump,Oil Change etc.

Very nice. Helpful. They found a small leak in my tire and fixed it right there.
