Big O Tires

I came back here after a prior visit when I needed a new headlight bulb installed. It was hard to get to and they did it for me, complimentary. I was impressed by this and the kindness of the person at the front desk, so I made a mental note to myself to definitely return the next time my car needed something. Last week I went in for an oil change and was again impressed. The oil change included an inspection of fluid levels and some other basic preventative diagnostics. They let me know a few things they recommended but never pushed or made me feel like they weren't being completely straight forward and honest. They gave me print outs of what was recommended and price quotes, the complete diagnostics test and results, and were very happy to answer my questions. I'm happy to have a close by place to return to that I feel I can trust, which is always a huge concern. I'll be back soon and would definitely recommend this place.

It nice to drop my car off for service and its repaired right the first time. I have 10 used cars within my family all are serviced by Jason at Big O Newark and they all run better then when I purchased them. Thanks Big O Team!!!

I use to be a dealer only service guy. But now I have been taking all three of my cars (Toyota & Lexus) for service here for several years.I always get good reliable service at very reasonable prices.The manager Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly guy.If they find something that needs attention they will tell you about it, but not pressure you into getting it done right away.If it can wait, they will tell you.I will keep coming back.

Service was prompt and the associate that helped me educated me about tire sizes, explained why I shouldn't purchase the tires I wanted, and suggested more appropriate tires at the same price that were compatible with my car.

I had replaced the tired last year and i got a email for tire rotation so i went in. I asked Jason he was very helpful, and fast. He even stated he would call me soon as it is done and he did. Great Service and Great and honest Crew in town.

I had a flat tire that blew out from the side, so it wouldn't hold any air. I could not get the darn thing off. I couldn't drive my truck anywhere. I worked on it for a week a little bit everyday. Even with all the ideas from all my aircraft mechanic friends at the airport. Nothing!!! Then a met Jason, he came over to my house and took the tire off like magic. He is an exceptionally awesome dude!!! His team at the shop are truly professionals. I have great faith in them.

favorite big-o store

This place is awesome!! The staff is very welcoming and the facility always smells like someone just cleaned it. They offer free Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas. There is comfortable waiting area with minor restrictions to COVID guid lines. But very well set up. The employees all are very engaged with the customer experience you can really tell they truly care about you as a customer and the safety of your vehicle.

Switched American tires for Big O tires, best decision ever!

Jason did everything in his power to make sure I got tires I wanted, TPM sensors installed and alignment completed Jason also found shocks that were failed and in need of replacement. He was able to take care of all of these requests in short time frame

I'm at awe that they even put my spare in the right place for me.

The Guys at the Newark Big O are great. I feel their pricing is fair and honest. They always get my cars in and out quickly. I highly recommend. Thanks for always taking care of me and my family.
