Big O Tires

I became a customer of Big O Tires, sometime in 2016. I needed new tires, so I was recommended by a friend to have my tires done at Big O. The customer service has been so welcoming and consistent since becoming a customer. As a customer I appreciate honesty and consistency and that's what I've been shown. As many times as I've came into Big O Tires in Newark, I've built a report with everyone who works there. They address me by my name and have made me feel special every visit. My last visit was the most memorable. I needed to have my tires rotated after having my car serviced for an oil change, it happened to be on a Saturday which happens to be one of their higher volume days but even then they were able to accommodate me to have that service done along with providing shuttle services to and from my other appointments I had scheduled that day. They always take care of me whenever I go in for my car service. I highly recommend this shop to any and all of my friends and family. Thanks to the Newark family of Big O Tires! You guys are awesome!

Cristian, Jason, and the entire team were amazing (as always). They took care of my problem and fixed my Toyota Camry very fast. I trust them completely with my car. It took me over 20 years finding a trustworthy car shop.

I walked in just for an oil change, but came out getting the full 30k mile maintenance, Oil change and 4 new tires. They are really good at what they do and support the customer. They give you competitive pricing so you don't have to shop around and they are top notch in knowledge and experience about your vehicle. They even recommended I do certain things in my own time to take better care of my car. I'm definitely going back!

Called last minute in morning after missing an appointment the prior day (its is a long story) got an appoint and got the service I wanted. Good job social distancing and meeting my needs.

The guys at the Newark shop were very accommodating and delivered service beyond my expectations. After making an appointment online, I was called back quickly and made arrangements for a drop off that night. The tires I wanted were not in stock and needed to be ordered but it was already passed the cut off time for same day delivery. During the drop off I inquired about having my vehicle completed by 11am, as I needed to drive somewhere that afternoon. Both service reps were confident they could deliver and they did. By 9:30am the next morning I received a call that my car was ready. They got everything right with the tires and delivered ahead of schedule. Great work guys!

Jason and his team at the Newark store are Top Shelf. They truly exemplify superior service. There is a reason I have been using Big O Tires for all of my tires, wheels, brakes and suspension needs for over 30 years. Great products and the best service in the industry, bar none.

I didn't realize there was free tire repair with the purchase I had made. That, and the ease of checking in and how quickly they got it done was quality work.

Great customer service I don't remember the representative that assisted me but he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed he went to another store to pick up a tire for me so that it isn't the excellent customer service when I need another tire or any other service I will be back thank you :-)

I booked in advance and they took me at the appointed time. Can't ask for more really. also it turns out the tires I pre-ordered did not fit so they called and adapted on the spot.

I came in with a tire with low air. They were very good about checking it for me right away and it ended up I had a nail in the tire but they got me right in fixed it for me and I was out of there probably within 30 minutes Thanks

Jason, Christian, Ryan and Melissa are always great to me, and from what I've seen any of the other customers. They treat us like we matter and are a VIP. I have been coming here for years, and will hope to continue to do so.
