Answered all my Questions I had about service on my vehicle.

Owner is exceptional. Personable. Remembers me and my cars. Very knowledgeable and takes just the right amount of time to explains things to me. He instills a lot of trust in me. Staffs are professional and looks like a good team.

Always excellent customer service. This is the only place I'll bring my car for an oil change from now on.

I have always had excellent service at Big O Tires. The pricing, which is far less expensive than Honda, is a great help too. Additionally, it helps that the location of my Big O Tires is much closer than the dealership. However, even if it were further away, I would tend to go there anyway. Staff has always been super upfront about what is going on with my vehicle and very communicative. I greatly appreciate the way they treat everyone as a valuable client.

I have a long commute and I got a flat and was riding a donut. I stopped by to have my tire fixed. The staff was friendly and courteous and when my tire was fixed, they told me no charge. Now how awesome is that, made my day!

The excellent and professional service. I had gone to BigO because of a tire pressure alarm. The checking mechanic found a screw in the tire tread. The affected tire was repaired with great efficiency and no inconvenience to me. Well done.
