I have a long commute and I got a flat and was riding a donut. I stopped by to have my tire fixed. The staff was friendly and courteous and when my tire was fixed, they told me no charge. Now how awesome is that, made my day!

Cristian and Melissa always take the best care of me when I go to Newark Big O. I came by early in the morning, without an appointment, because I had a flashing tire pressure light, and Cristian treated it as urgent and bumped up my place in the queue to have it fixed. Turned out I had a classic nail-in-tire, and with the Big O Tire package I first bought at the shop, the flat was repaired for free. And I only waited an hour and a half after dropping in. Doesn't get better than that. Thank you both so much!
