Big O Tires

They were so help full I cane in with a major problem, I had only thought I 0was going to get some tires n come to find out my rims cracked, they not only took care of me but financial as well they went above n beyond. Thx u Big.O.Tires

The customer service at this location was fantastic. I came in with a Groupon, as the website listed them as a participating site, but when I arrived, it turned out they were not. Rather than turn me away, they honored the price I paid for the Groupon without batting an eye. Awesome service and it turned around an annoying situation. Definitely coming back here for all my oil

On 7/30/2016 Ive wheels shaking when drive over 65 Mile, I told the technician when drop off my car. But after Balance and rotation problem still not fix. 3 start for this time...Today 8/8/2016 I come again and they done the Balance job 1 more time and the problem fixed. So I give they up to 5 start.

My tire blew out on the Dumbarton on my way home from work - by the time the tow truck got there and got me to Big O in Newark, it was 5:59 (they close at 6). I didn't ask the name of the gentleman who helped me but my receipt says Christian. He stayed late to help me out, and I was on my way home before 6:30 at a reasonable price. Super nice, accomodating, and professional, I would highly recommend them. And thank you!!

They filled my tires to 50psi. They are supposed to be 38psi. When operating the tire pressure can exceed the max on the tire! This is potentially dangerous.

I am very fortunate to have the Big O owned and operated by Jason White within 5 miles of my home. I have used Big O for my tire needs for the last 40 years and have always left with a positive experience. The staff at Big O always has my best interests in mind and I always leave with the best tire options and value available.

The Service was good and the wait time was not that long. I must add that the $50.00 Rebate is not accessible online, but that I have to fill out the Rebate on paper and then mail it in to the company. That way of doing a Rebate is totally Outdated. Because At America's Tire I done the rebate online on my phone and had it within 9 days. To me this was one of the downfalls I have seen as trying to get the rebate in with make people not want to fill it out on paper due to time consuming old fashion way.

My on line quote was not initially seen, however my phone call to confirm the appointment got everything set up and the in-store f2f set up super helpful and everything smooth from there.
