Big O Tires

it is okay for now.

I went with bubble on side of tire which I bought from same location. It took 2:30 hour to get it fixed. It took time to check the problem as there were two more people ahead of me.

It was quick and efficient

I get all my service done at the store they've always taking good care of me. I can trust them. They don't try to cheat me I'm a single mother, Jason goes above and beyond to take care of me in my car and make sure everything is in good working order.They always make sure I get my coupons. I have had several cars that I've serviced over the years at the store I do all my service needs with this big O brakes tires oil changes any work that I require on my vehicle. I'm so grateful that I found this location the honesty the integrity and the common decency that they offer.

Jason and his crew explain what was found and the costs. Also they offer rides home if needed and the service is completed as soon as possible.

I had brought in my vehicle a couple of times for loosing air in one tire. The first time they located a screw in the tire which they repaired at no charge. The second time they found nail which they also repaired at no charge! They stated that they will get to the bottom of this and they did. Thank you for eliminating the need to fill the tire daily!

Insufficient staffing to handle large volumes of customers (" too busy" in experienced staff / new hires not familiar with computers and documentation). Customer service / advisors have too many tasks concurrently happening (i.e - phone calls, work orders, wrapping up documentation for departing customers, going to parking lot to look at customer vehicles). Customers were getting impatient and frustrated with wait time lengths.

I only had a nail in my tire which they repaired quickly and efficiently. The staff was pleasant helpful.

I asked the store to use my 20% off coupon I had but they refused instead they gave me 2 AAA discount but that was only $20 and my coupon worth of $47. I wonder, why I received the coupon if i can't use it. otherwise the service was good.

I have been a Big O Customer since 2008 and I will continue to support the Newark location.

Everything was OK with repairing my flat tire.

Jason and Wes did an amazing Job on my truck!! These guys know there stuff! Jason in particular has always been super helpful with my needs. I always count on him for any services for my vehicles. Its probably why I won't ever go anywhere else. I think I've been a loyal customer for about 6 years now? Guys like Jason and Wes make it feel like they got your back any services you need.

Don't receive enough coupons as a card holder or they expire too soon.do you still take them after expiration??

Chris was super helpful giving me right advice to repair the tire instead of replacing it since it was a fairly new tire. Would surely recommend people. Keep this up!
