I always receive the BEST HONEST service with any of my vehicles!!

Very good experience. It's why I go to big O instead of wheel works. However, I did not like the courtesy cabin air filter check. I did not like someone going through glove box without permission.

The Newark Big O, hands down is the " Best " full-service auto shop in town, they are upfront and honest with their expertise and work with you to get the best price for your auto needs. Jason & his team are great at what they do and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

No pressure tactics on any upsells.. Its not rocket science to get tires or brakes taken care of when the team shoots-you-straight and wants to make sure you don't over spend.

Staff was friendly and helpful.. replaced 2 tires in under an hour.

The service I received was excellent. My salesperson was Melissa. She was beyond helpful. I was taken home when I left my car off and my rental car was taken care of as well. I was very thankful that they could take care of everything on my car.
