Very good experience. It's why I go to big O instead of wheel works. However, I did not like the courtesy cabin air filter check. I did not like someone going through glove box without permission.

No pressure tactics on any upsells.. Its not rocket science to get tires or brakes taken care of when the team shoots-you-straight and wants to make sure you don't over spend.

They don't just wink it they stay on top of it to make sure you are getting the best service and recommendation needed for the vehicle. They are very fast on repairs but Sometimes you have to go back for the same repairs. Also they can do a better job on customer service

I don't receive a lot of coupons and would like recommend sometime coupons they expire too quick cause some things you don't need all time...
