I stumbled onto the Newark outlet several years ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for what they do. I currently have 4 vehicles in their warranty program. If you have any elderly parents or friends, send them over to meet Jason or Christian. They will hold there hand and walk them through whatever is needed. This includes wives and any other friends

Had all four tires changed within an hour with appointment. Although my first choice of tire was not available they helped pick an alternative that was actually cheaper.

In a timely manner I received a message from Big O, I called back, they say they checked everything and said there wasn’t anything wrong and let me know what they did do. Great techs and real customer service.

The service I received was excellent. My salesperson was Melissa. She was beyond helpful. I was taken home when I left my car off and my rental car was taken care of as well. I was very thankful that they could take care of everything on my car.

Associate (Dajon)handled account without issue . It was a government account (gsa) which can be a pain sometimes!

I was helped by the gentleman usually in black tshirt and normal height(Sorry don't know his name). He is super nice, answered all my questions, and be very considerate. I got an air bubble on a wheel, and this gentleman was able to give me nice suggestion and is very patient.
