Everything was great with the brake replacement; however, with the tire rotation and alignment, the air in the tires should have been checked. The pressure was 25 PSI when the tire's maximum was 44 PSI.

Everything was great, with the exception of timeliness. I know that when the car arrives for service that it can be difficult to give an accurate estimate for the completion of the work, but when I called to inquire when my vehicle would be ready, I was told it was just awaiting the alignment check and would be ready in 1/2 hour. I came by 45 minutes later and it had yet to even enter a bay. I had to leave without the alignment check. In the future, the customer service representatives should not imply that a vehicle will be ready soon when it is not even being worked on. See you in 5000 miles

Staff is friendly and service complete within a reasonable time. Prices for services are to high for the amount of time it takes to perform i.e. - Mount and balance tires, tire rotation etc.
