Big O Tires

The store is always so busy and unable to get everything done based on my experience here. Only if the car is left overnight and in some cases longer! This has been the case on the past few cars, perhaps not the shop's fault directly but that is my only comment.

Excellent service as we have come to expect from many years of patronising this location!

The car was done but they did not try to complete the transaction until I informed them that my car had been worked on already, then they told me my rear brakes are metal to metal but when I took them to my regular mechanic they were only half worn. When I asked for the rebate form they were clueless, I needed to show them that there was a rebate mentioned in the email response to my appointment.

Believe it or not I feel as if I have a new car. I have contemplated trading my Vue to update but I no longer have that drive. My Cooper tires are super quiet and I love em. Thanks guys.

Came in a week after my previous visit because my tire sensor was still on, came in on time, found out I had a flat, they patched it right up and I was a happy customer, thanks again Big O crew!

I just had a flat. I was told that there was a 6 vehicles ahead of me. I took a quick lunch and to my surprise I came back to the shop. They had my tire ready. They set expectations and definitely exceeded them. I appreciate the quick turnaround.
