They were very helpful and they keep you updated and try to get you in and out as fast as they can

Everything was good. I was charged for wipers that was not in stock and was told they would call me back when the parts arrive. I have not heard back from anyone. My visit was on 9/24 @ 9 am.

I was very pleased overall with this experience. However, there was one problem that I ran into. I had seen an ad for a Groupon coupon to get a discount at Big O Tires - buy a certificate for $55 and get a $100 use from it. I expected to be able to use this, but was told this was not honored at this location when I checked out. I did look later at the fine print on the Groupon add, and it does specify which locations honor this. (and not Newark). But the ad looked like it would be universally accepted, and I was disappointed that it wasn't. And now I am out the $55 that I spent on this. But overall, I was happy with your staff and the product, just disappointed that this experience happened.

Was taken care of as always

Took my car in for tire repair late in afternoon (around 2:30 PM) on Saturday when I noticed a nail in the tread of one tire. They were able to accomodate me on a busy day and get the tire repaired before end of business 5 PM that day. Tire pressures are stable, so looks like repair was done well.

Top tier car service and repair center in the Fremont/Newark. A friendly company, the staff is very knowledgeable about car care.

My check oil light was on from the last service that was done 3 months ago. When I can for the car for the last service the check oil light was still on. I had to go back in the store to ask to reset the light. I brought my wife's car in for service and she noticed that one wiper blade cost one price, and another wiper blade cost another price, same car, same wiper blade.

I had a very pleasant experience at your store. My tire was losing air and I came in to get it checked. I was told that all four of my tires were defective (they came with the purchase of my care in 2013). I was given a phone # of Michelin Tires to call and start a claim. They gave me 50% off of the new tires. The service I received was excellent. I usually went to Tracy where I purchased my car to have my oil changed and maintenance. I had all of this done when I had my new tires put on. The people that helped me were very professional. I will be coming back to your location. Thanks for the great experience.

Be sure to review the estimate price quote before signing it. They are adding the road hazard and nitrogen filled tire without informing the customer which is no charge in Costco. The vehicle is ready on the promise time.

It's always a pleasure coming in for my routine, oil change and tire rotation. The guys there rock and are always on top of things. Jason is really hands on with all his customers and has my car out of the shop at a reasonable/timely manner.
