Big O Tires

Professional, I walked in and made an appointment for the following morning at 10:00 am. I was pleasantly surprised it was actually done within the timeframe as mentioned. I only wish they would have mentioned that they provided car service on the same day of my walk-in.

They were able to take me in on a Saturday afternoon and was so fast in getting my service done. I liked the fact that I only got charged for the work that needed to get done with my car. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service I was provided. I will definitely come back to this location for other services I will need in the future.

Use them for tire rotation(AAA benefit) & they did it within an hour. Previously, they checked oil, windshield wipers & would recommend some items to be done. This time that didn't happen, maybe they change their policy for services ???

Bought 4 new tires, got a flat the next week. They took very good care of me, great job. Will be getting more tires from them soon for the other car.

Jason was great. Huge help in taking the time to help me look for the proper suspension package to fit my vehicle and needs. Ended up just going with Tires instead, and he was able to get the job done within 45 minutes ad went past closing. Awesome customer service! I have been bringing my cars to this site for over 15 years. After my last visit I'm unsure I will continue to have my cars serviced at this location. In Oct 2019 I brought my 2011 Volvo C70 in to have the head gasket replaced. At this time I asked them to make sure tires, brakes, and anything else I needed to have on my radar for future visits. I was told everything checked out. 31/2 months later I bring my car in for an oil change.$1242.00 later I had to have 4 tires, brake job, and rotors replaced. There is no may in hell that I wore 4 tires down in this time period. In the past I would be told my tires have low tread and I'll need new tires soon or pads are wearing. The quality

Big O Tires in Newark is the best. All the attendants are knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. Service is dependable, trustworthy, and high quality. Everyone is courteous and accommodating. As a first-time car-owner, I'm just getting used to the up-keep of a car, and the Big O team is very patient in explaining things, offering affordable and fair options, and all around know-how. On crowded or fully booked days, I have often seen them suggest other auto shops (how many places do that? that's honest business), and they always advise clients on what works best for their price range.
