The store doesn't provide an eta and they keep pushing it till 5:30 to 6 even though I gave the car by 12:30 pm. This is my second time coming and in both the visits I'm not satisfied with not having a definitive eta and waiting till just before closing

I purchased tires from another Big O Tire branch and Jonathan at the Newark branch was helpful and fixed one of the two damaged tires. He also contacted my original shop to ensure the warranty tire was on hand when I could have it installed the next day. I am very thankful and satisfied with the service I received in Newark!

I went into Big O Tires to get my tires replaced, I already had an idea of what tires I wanted to replace and knew it wasn't going to be a cheap thing. The man that helped me out was very nice, however when I left and paid I started going over the fine details of the tires. I never once got talked to about having nitrogen in my tires. Now not only did i pay $5.99 PER TIRE for this, what happens when my tires get low? Now I have the headache of trying to find a place that has nitrogen, if they would have asked I would have said no. Basically I'm not screwed into coming back to this location every time I need air in my tires, and I'm wondering how much they will be charging me for this. (Maybe my arm and leg)

I had an appointment at 1pm; arrived ~ 15 mins. early. My truck was not taken back until 1:45pm and I didn't get out of there until 3:30pm. All that needed to be done was an alignment check and put on 4 new tires. The guy that helped me in the front was great however he had to ask the guys in the back twice to get my truck taken care of after being there for 2.5 hours with no progress. A bit of a disappointment but was glad there was a tv since I had my 2 girls with me.

I found a place to take my car for mantance and it's done correctly the first time in a timely manner and a reasonable price. That's a perfect fit for me.

The service is great, and I feel very taken care of. The only issue that I had was that I got no follow up contact on the order status for my rim. I understand that vendors sometimes make things difficult, and that was the case here. I could accept that. But, I was promised updates and got none. The rim took several weeks to ship, and, I would call in and ask. I would be told, not yet, but I'll check on it tomorrow and give you an update. Then nothing. I would call a few days later and, same thing, I'll check and call you back. This happened several times.

Every time you guys touch our tires on our CX5 the tire warning light illuminates afterward. We finally decided we would learn how to reset it ourselves. This shouldn't happen at a tire specialty shop.

Went to get breaks checked and fixed, Jonathan said he would try to get it out by 1pm. Didn't get the car back until 135pm. Almost late for work. Gave them my car early 905am. They had plenty of techs around. The price was really high. $495. Not pocket change.

My car got stalled. They changed the battery and sent me home. Even after one hour of putting the car in running it won't start after another hour. the actual problem is somewhere else..

Very pleased. These guys went above and beyond on a warranty claim. Waiting room clean and comfortable. Quality of work down to the last detail perfect (used sticky weights without even asking). Customer service very friendly. Prompt phone call updates. Narrowed down my tire choices quickly based on my needs and preferences.
