I only have one problem when my tire was repaired and replaced. Your technicians don't put the tire iron, jack, back in place and the trunk cover back in place and tightened down it's just throw it in the trunk and we're done.

I came in on a Saturday to have a tire repaired. I was told there was a four hour wait or I could come back on Monday. I returned on Monday at about 10 am. I was told they would get to it as soon as possible and I had a seat in the waiting area. There were two other people in the waiting area. I noticed other patrons coming in and leaving while I sat there. At about 1:00 I went to the desk to ask the young man who checked me in if he could tell me how much longer it would take as I needed to pick up my granddaughter from school in Castro Valley at 3:30. He went in the back and returned to tell me there were two vehicles ahead of mine. At about 1:30 a young lady came out to tell me that my tire had three nails in it and could not be repaired. She quoted a price for a new tire, which I approved. I then remembered that I have an all wheel drive and therefore cannot replace just one tire. She indicated she noticed that and was about to come discuss that with me. I was not prepared to purchase a second tire so I asked them to put on the new tire and I would come back as soon as I could to get the second tire. They finally had my car finished at about 2:45. I returned the next day before the store open so that I was second in line and purchased the second tire. I was in and out in just over an hour. I understand that they get really busy and have to take the vehicles in order. However, it seems to me that possibly my vehicle paperwork was not placed where it should have been and all those people that I watched come and go were put in front of me as a result. When you have a customer in the waiting area for so many hours it would be good customer service to go to that customer and give them an update. Let them know where they are in the queue and also provide a time estimate. Everyone is super friendly but seemed very disorganized. The gentleman that helped me on Tuesday was much more professional. He gave me a AAA discount which was not offered the first day. The difference between the two days was like night and day.

They are always trying to sell me something I don't need. I took it to another shop and they told me I didn't need the work Big O was tell ing needed for my truck. They told me they could not align my truck because of the work they said my truck needed. The other shop aligned it.

Jason and his staff were awesome. I have a GMC Canyon which is difficult to find rims for based on the bolt pattern. Jason spent time helping me search out different options. He was VERY detailed in his quote. Delivered my vehicle to me a day earlier than promised. Would send all of my friends and relatives to his shop!

Jason was very accommodating. He knew that I was in a hurry and he kept me well informed about how long my tire rotation would take. While I have been to other Big O locations, the Newark store provides the BEST service. Thank you.

Nothing exemplary. One thing Big O should do is add more tire alignment bays. It is recommended that when new tires are installed, it should immediately be followed by wheel alignment. They had only one! The tire changes get done pretty quick, but one's got to wait over an hour to have the vehicle's turn to get an alignment check/adjustment.

They didn't get my points and forgot to replace TPMS, I have to pay extra dollars and they rework it. Other points are OK.

Awesome service, Jason is very knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me with a very difficult alignment on a classic 1961 ford Thunderbird. Thanks Jason and the whole crew at Big O Tire Newark.
