Big O Tires

I purchased warranty for my tires and got free replacement. They put the new tires to the rare and move the rare to the front. After I got my car and test drive, I found out the steering wheel is shaking really bad due to the front rim has some issue. I called back to the store but was told it's not their problem, and they would not help me to put the rim back to the original place. I understand if they take out all tires and put back to the original rim was too much for their work for each customer, but if there are problems, I truly believe they should consider their customer's safety first. I was surprise that I turned in a good condition, but got the car back in a much worse condition and the store is not welling to help me to correct it. I was told to pay extra to have the tires fix. Very disappointed because I have 4 vehicles and I change all of the tires at this location. I guess no replacement everything is fine, for free tire replacement under warranty, not so friendly. Last, funny that when I need new tires (1 was really bad), I was told for my car it's better to change all 4 of them, which I did, later when I need replacement under warranty ( 1 was bad), the store will only allow me to change 2 instead of 4.

APPOINTMENTS! The very purpose of it is time management. I came in 30 minutes before my APPOINTMENT but was taken care of an hour and a half later. Your waiting lounge is full of people sleeping and SNORING. Get the hint!!! The place is really dirty. I don't expect a tire shop to be super clean but at least keep it decent. The restroom is horrible and the free? coffee is always empty. We shook hands on a price and was given a bill 11 dollars more. I did not make a big deal out of it and just paid it. But from where I came from, shaking hands means honoring your word.

my wife came in for a nail in a tire.she was talked into replacing two tires instead of one.the vehicle only has 25k miles on it and the tires are in great shape,except the one with a nail.I felt she was taken advantage of.We have purchased many tires for many cars from your shop and will not return to it.

Service is always thorough and exemplary. DJ always checks for discount coupons that could be applied for the service that I am getting. He is very professional and customer oriented and his thoroughness is appreciated.

I took my car on 01/21. I had to leave it and when I got my car on 01/22. The compartment between the seats was broken off. I was extremely upset that the did that. I left my car intact and to get it back like that is not acceptable. The mechanics stated that they didn't do it but obviously they did. A lady took pictures of it and stated that the manager would be calling but no call so far.

They were fast and clean and customer service was amazing. They even gave my daughter a balloon!!

I have been going to Big O Tires for years. When I started going I was usually helped by a man named Heath, he always worked with me closely and broke everything down. I have still gone to big o because I honestly have a hard time trusting anyone else with my vehicles. I dropped my car off Friday night, left my phone number and address just to make sure they would call me. By the time I called the asked what I needed done. I asked them to check it and in the past they always did and would tell me if there was any fee. This time they charged me $125 and some change just to look at it and tell me what is wrong. After this and other experiences I think I will take my business else where. I feel like the staff there isn't caring and is just "doing my job"�. When you walk in no one greets you, I eventually just walked up to some one and was told in a rude manner, someone will be with you shortly. I used to love this place and over the years I feel the costumer service has gone down hill.

My windshield washer fluid was empty and I was t told, thought they'd check that since it was raining that day. Also a recommendation as to when marked services need to be done, ie dirty power steering. Also a complete explanyof what was done at check out. Thank you all very much: fast and courteous service.

I didn't get explanation on what I needed to check on my two front tire. I feel like I was discreminated because my car is old. I was charge for diagnostic for nothing.

Very friendly and professional staff. Made on-line reservation yesterday morning for a noon appointment to replace the tires on my wife's car. Even with limited staff, the new "shoes" were on my wife's "baby" within two hours, and that included alignment and camber adjustment. This was the automotive version of In N Out - Quality and fast turnaround. I've been a Big O fan for years and the Newark staff is right up there with the best.

I took my car on Saturday May 6th at 3:30 pm to have the balance on my tires at big o tires in Newark, .ca. in Newark blvd.my car has brand new paint, brand new tires and brand new wheel. I basically I told the manager be careful with my car. When I come back to pick up my car whoever worked on my car scratched one of my wheels from inside and top. I did the road test after I picked up my car on the freeway and my car still feeling the same (shaking over 60 miles per hour) I called back the office at big o tires and I told them my car still feeling the same, I went right away to the big o tires at Newark Blvd and talked to the manager and I told him and I blamed on them for scratched my wheel and don't do the correct work. He told me that something was missing on my wheels like hub rings which wasn't true and he never put any notes on paper and he never told me nothing after I called him for the road test. He was really rude with the actitud telling me that he's going to gave me my money back and he told me to never come back to his place. What I want is big o tires to be responsible and pay my wheel. I took my car back to the place where I purchased the tires and wheels in Stockton ,Ca. and right away they notes that someone did something with my car. They checked my car and the problem was a bad tire which they are going to replace it, the tire had a bump. Now I know the manager was lying to me and nothing was missing on my wheels I'm really disappoint about big o tires. I do want big o tires to pay for my wheel or I have to take them to court. Excellent Service

My tire was mounted on backward by Big "o" Tires. When I noticed that the tire was not performing correctly and brought it back to them. They recommended that I get a new tire. Will never use them again.

Prompt, friendly and srvice oriented. Recommended.

The employees were not honest.Friday may 5th was last visit I won't ever come back to this store they were not honest with me, they recommend me to buy 2 more Tires
