Big O Tires

My wife took Honda pilot for a battery replacement, but the technician didn't save the memory and the car failed to display reverse camera, remote keys inoperative, and this problem was not there when the car checked in, but when we reported the issue they said they found a bad fuse and charged us extra . Not fare

I made an appointment and was able to get in and out within two hours for an oil change an tire rotation. Great, friendly and quick service.

The guy who helped me told me that he did not had the tires i wanted $77 ones and said that the only ones he had was were $130 and up. he was rude and said that if i wanted cheap tires this was no a place for that and to go someowhere else.i end up buy only two because they were too spensive and my vehicle was so unsafe to drive. i paid $419 for only two tires.

I went in for tires which I had preordered. The tire install went fine but when I went to get my vehicle the manager said that I needed to replace the front wheel bearings. They wanted $374 to do this repair. They then told me that my alignment was out and that it could not be repaired unless I had them fix the wheel bearings. Needless to say, I bought new wheel bearings for $28 total and replaced them myself. My wheel bearings were in perfect condition!! These people are just trying to rip you off! Then, I asked how much an alignment would be and he quoted me $189.00! Funny thing is that the paperwork already had the original estimate for the alignment at $109!! Again, trying to rip me off! I will never go here again!

I went othere two tire shop but there offered to replace the tire instead fixing the flat tire by patching it. Despite the damage or minor and it was reparable. As customer we look for right solutions in less cost which you guys have provided.

Taking vehicle to another shop. Had 4 Michelin tires and lower ball joint replaced. And alignment.Picked up the vehicle. Steering wheel was clocked to the right. Took truck back in. Told alignment was off bit is now corrected. Iliked up the truck. Steering wheel was still clocked to the right. Back in the shop again. Called an hour later, told it is ready to go. Now steering g wheel is clocked to the left. Does anyone test drive the vehicles to ensure.repair is correct. Only shop I have been to that cannot perform this task. Where is your next closest shop from Newark CA. My father to his Navigator into same shop next day for new tires. Had the same problemNewark Blvd , Newark CA store did the same to him. Dad ended up having another alignment done at the dealership with some other work. Yes the alignment was off. Yes you sell tires for less. But it seems to come at a price of inexperienced employees or some subpart work.

Good customer service

Took the car for checkup and oil change. Ended up fixing the problem you caused when your mechanics forgot to tighten the air host of the air filter that made my drive on the hightway so dangerous! Will file a complaint to your company again and the customer rights group!

The service were excellent. I'd highly recommended. I will comeback for the next service.

Always trying to sell you something you don't need

This Big O Tires store near Newark that I went to get my oil change and wheel alignment pulled a shady move on me. I gave them a coupon of $29.99 for an oil change and tire rotation, but after everything was done they charged me an additional $10 dollar for my oil filter. They told me that my oil filter is unique and special and they are required to charge me extra. I had changed my car oil in the past and I am certain that my oil filter is nothing special or unique. I will never go this Big O Tires for oil change again since they have lost all my trust and confidence. The Big O Tires in San Leandro near Washington Street is more honest. I will be changing tires and oil there in the future.

Jason and his crew just did a major repair for my Honda odyssey. This will be the 3rd major repair they have done to my Odyssey in the 12 years, 300,000 miles I have owned it, and each time I could not be happier. They are better then any dealer in repairing a vehicle. Thanks again to Jason and his crew for great service and especially to Jason for being more then fair at the price of the repair.

I came here to have my tire change due to flat tire. It's been years that I did not change my tires. Very good service.
