They were able to take me in on a Saturday afternoon and was so fast in getting my service done. I liked the fact that I only got charged for the work that needed to get done with my car. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service I was provided. I will definitely come back to this location for other services I will need in the future.

We were on a trip and had a problem with our tires being out of balance. Jason White took it upon himself to literally squeeze us in to fix the problem!! Not only did he go out of his way but the job was finished early! The tires were cleaned, the wheels balanced perfectly and done with the utmost professionalism, care and quality! We have never received such great treatment from any tire store! The very best! A huge thank you to Jason White!!!

On crowded or fully booked days, I have often seen them suggest other auto shops (how many places do that? that's honest business), and they always advise clients on what works best for their price range. My name is Andrea, I came in last minute and was worried I was going to get turned down since it was a Saturday evening and they were going to close in an hour and I needed new tires after getting a flat and found out all my tires were worn out. As I walked in I was greeted with a big smile by the young lady at the front, didn’t get her name but I believe she mentioned it was her first day. As someone who works in customer service, her smile made me feel welcomed! Her manager I believe (Jason) was VERY helpful and gave me details on the tire promotions they had and was very patient with me. Jason made sure I was helped and satisfied with my purchase so I didn’t have to come in another day. I was able to get all 4 tires replaced in less than an hour, thanks to Jason and all the workers in that day!
