They were able to take me in on a Saturday afternoon and was so fast in getting my service done. I liked the fact that I only got charged for the work that needed to get done with my car. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service I was provided. I will definitely come back to this location for other services I will need in the future.

Asked for tape weights and inspect metal valve stems. Alignment performed, vehicle tracks perfectly while driven. Steering wheel perfectly centered. Wheel balanced also perfect at highway speeds. Tires brought in from outside location, vehicle service done promptly. No issues. Wheels and tires cleaned and dressed at time of pickup. Christian and techs performed a perfect visit. Much appreciated by a former auto shop owner of 28 years.

I was greeted when I arrived. They pulled up my vehicle in data base by phone number, made the check in process fast and easy. I got a call while my vehicle was being serviced notifying me of a couple other items that needed attention. I was able to get all issues resolved and had my car back within 3 hours of drop off. When I went to pick up everyone was friendly and service was quick.

Big O Tires in Newark is the best. All the attendants are knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. Service is dependable, trustworthy, and high quality. Everyone is courteous and accommodating. As a first-time car-owner, I'm just getting used to the up-keep of a car, and the Big O team is very patient in explaining things, offering affordable and fair options, and all around know-how. On crowded or fully booked days, I have often seen them suggest other auto shops (how many places do that? that's honest business), and they always advise clients on what works best for their price range. If you want reliable, trusted, top service, Big O has it.
