Amazing service and accomodantion. The team is very efficient and knowledgeable. I called the day before speaking with Matthew about my 4 tires for my Lexus IS350C, he gave me all the options available, from economy to performance. No BS, just full and complete price out the door for the best Sport Performance. Made my deposit and he called me as soon as the tires got to the store at 9:15am. Got there at 10am with a warm greet and he let me know where I can grab a good lunch and coffee, and I was out the door at 10:45am with 4 amazing sport performance tires for my Wife's Lexus. I'm going to get some brownie points from the Wife. Happy Wife, amazing life. Talking about efficiency and great service, this branch is second to none out there. I truly appreciate it all!!!

Came in for a plug but was informed damage too large for patch so ended up purchasing two new tires. Also found another patch needed on other tire. relatively new tires but had to buy new ones. Appreciate honestly Donnie very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He always remembers us upon return

While driving from San Diego to the Bay Area last week, I had a flat tire on the freeway. A new tire which I had purchased from Big O less than a week before had run over a piece of razor blade. Fortunately, I had purchased insurance so that a new tire was installed and I got back on the road with a minimum of inconvenience.

kind, courteous and efficient, they were able to offer me exactly the tires I wanted. I highly, highly recommend.

The front desk service is excellent, I did the Lyft inspection in good time.

They did a great job patching a hole in a tire left by a screw and then rotating the tires per the regular maintenance schedule.

I stopped in on a Friday to get a nail out of my tire, already had an appointment to get my brakes on Monday somewhere else. The techs mentioned the front pads and rotors needed work. The other guys quoted pads + resurfacing for $100 bucks less. They REPLACED the rotors, pads, and balanced the tires in about an hour and a half. I was on the road and done, smiling. I will return

My wife and I have been going there for years for all our tire needs. We like the fact that Big O stands behind it's product and we can have our tires checked anytime. They are always friendly and accommodating.

Friendly and prompt

Bought 4 tires about two years ago and had a low tire message on computer. Was pleasantly surprised that simply pulling in was taken care of efficiently. Turns out , all four tires were really low. No charge for the service and conveniently accommodated. Found out that rotation is also a free service. I kinda remember that but reminded that should be done. Good to know and .......no appointment necessary! Good to know that I can just pull in and have peace of mind. Thank you!
