Done professionally & Quickly

I went in for nail in my tire but was informed my tire was too old to be repaired or warrantied. I really diddnt want to buy new tires because of the recent Covid-19 and uncertainty of having a job. The gentleman said lets go inside to see what they could do for me. He ended up giving me a price for 4 new tires and installation for basically the price of 2. I couldnt believe it, and i could not pass it up, especially knowing my kids and wife will be so much safer now. I have told everyone about you, and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for getting me on the road with a great deal, service and my safety in mind. Big O, Livermore ROCKS!

They replaced my front and back brakes in a very timely matter. Everyone at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful.

Great service

I came in due to a "low pressure" tire warning. It was raining and I had my two grandsons in the car along with my daughter in law. The gentleman checked all the tires, located the low tire and said I had a puncture with significant nail, but they could fix it immediately. The waiting area had toys, donuts and coffee for us while we waited. I had felt it was unsafe to drive any further with my family in the car and therefore was so very thankful for this excellent service! It turned out to be a rather large spike (perhaps an awl) in the tire. They were able to fix it and sent us on way with carnations as well. EXCELLENT customer service Big O! Thank you so much.
