I had a nail in my tire and made it to the store right before closing time. I was greeted and immediately helped. My car was quickly and efficiently taken care of and I was on my way again. I would recommend Big O Tires to everyone. They are eager to help and they do not try to upsell you on unnecessary items. 10/10. I will definitely be back again.

As nearly always, the customer service and mechanical service were exemplary. A suggestion - It would be very nice if Big O also offered a basic car cleaning with car servicing and repair - or at least clean the front and rear windshields.

Blew a tire on my way to work and got towed here before they opened, an associate saw me at my car and let me come inside and hang out until the store opened. Once they opened he got me out of there quickly with a new tire.
