Appointment was easy to set up on line, arrived as store opened, checked in quickly, used my $10 discount coupon and waited for completion of work. My car was done in about an hour and I was out the door, great experience.

Once again I experienced 5 Star service during at this establishment. As always I was explained the service prior to them starting on changing my oil and rotation of my tires. Then after the vehicle was inspected, they explained any items found and explained any cost associated to rectify any issues. This is how business should be done. Love this store!

Quick service and complete job

I always bring my cars to BigO. Enjoy the great service. No pressure to fix things that is not necessary.

They informed me that my struts were leaking fluid and that I need to have them replaced. They explained the cost which was significant but they explained it all. They even drove me home so I could wait at home until my car was ready and then they came and got me when it was ready.

I was to take my car to the Honda dealer. It was a B,1,3,5, maintenance. Big O did the same thing for $100 less. I brought my maintenance book into the office and they checked to make sure they followed the required maintenance . Polite, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the Livermore Big O tire store.
