Big O Tires

Even though I could have gone into any Big O to get warranty work.......I was treated with respect and service was great!

Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I enjoy the information given, even when I already understand what is going on.

Service was quick! I waited in the waiting area and had my tablet with me...I started watching a movie while waiting, but I nearly got through the beginning and they were done! Wow!

Every time, including my most recent visit, Big O has delivered the experience and product that I needed in a timely fashion.

I dropped my vehicle off for tire repair, for no reason of their own, Big O was unable to fix my problem at the time. They were upfront and honest, gave me advice for the next step in my adventure and did not charge me for realizing they could not be the ones to help me at this time.

They went the extra mile, they definitely did not have to, to help me with my car

This is the second time I have dropped my truck off for fleet PM and the staff at this location is just gteat. LeAnne Moore has been professional and is just super friendly. They have worked hard to get.my truck back to me in one day and that makes all the difference in the world to me!

They replaced them, but shortly after my turn signal wasn't working again. Went back the next day and they fixed it immediately. I was very pleased!

I made an appointment, however, needed to bring the truck in a day earlier due to a schedule conflict the next day. This location was happy to do the work a day early and saved me a ton of re-scheduling problems at my job. Very satisfied.

I've read some fairly poor reviews about this shop. I came from the Oakland Big-O Tires so comparing this shop is fast and I've had no problems so far.
