Marcus was awesome! Yes, the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful, but Marcus explained the issues my car had, explained what would need to be done, and when I came in for the appointment, he'd already made sure the parts were on site. I felt well taken care of by Marcus and the rest of the San Pablo Ave. Big O staff.

Kevin, the service manager I worked with, was highly responsive and very friendly. He understood my frustration with being there and took care to make it as easy as possible. He also did his due diligence to ensure there was no issue with the car created by Big O after the car had error codes a few miles after leaving the shop

The value for the money of what I had to pay for I used a Groupon to have the alignment service done. They are so welcoming and put me at ease in using it. The technician who met me, Marcus explained to me the process and he went out of his way to make my stay pleasant and short. I am considering to purchase my tires from them and have different services done as well. Kudos to all the staff who made my stay pleasnt and delightful.
