Everyone was awesome. Marcus, in particular, was wonderful.

Purchased 4 new tires and was supposed to get alignment, as well. When we picked up the car, we immediately noticed the alignment was off, pulling to the right. It seems alignment was not done at all, or at least not done correctly.

Kevin was extremely friendly,helpful and explained the services to be performed with ease. He called me promptly when the car was ready to be picked up and mentioned the items that they performed and all went well.

Had a suitable replacement in stock.

Early was great in his role.

I dropped in to get my tires replaced and got great service. They were friendly, gave me a good estimate of how long the job would take and helped me stay on budget.

Busting two tires on the weekend usually means not getting service on Sunday. Thankfully Big O Tires had a competitive edge by being open on Sunday for me to take care of the service before the work week started. Kevin was extremely helpful in making everything happen timely. He is the reason he has won a future returning customer. No more going all the way out to Walnut Creek America's Tires. Big O Tires in Berkeley is very convenient!

I DROPPED IN AND IN 1/2 HOUR. I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD AFTER THEY HAD ROTATED MY TIRES FOR FREE, AND CHECKED, BUT DID NOT FIND ANY DAMAGE FROM WHEN MY BIG O TIRE HAD EXPLODED AT 80 MPH. ON A FREEWAY IN WEST TEXAS. EVEN THOUGH IT ONLY LEFT SMALL BITS OF RUBBER ON THE INSIDE AND OUTER RIM OF THE WHEEL, IT DID NOT BEND THE RIM AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A NEW TIRE. ALSO I WAS ABLE TO GET TO THE RIGHT SIDE SHOULDER TO CHANGE THE TIRE WITHOUT ANY LOSS OF CONTROL.

Everyone there was courteous to get me in an out so that I wasn’t waiting around unnecessarily. They also took the time to call and explain what they found and the next steps options.

I wasn't feeling well Saturday, so may have been told - but I understood the four tires were in stock and would take about 1.5 hours.I didn't havea ride - so walked around returning two hours later - no tires!Turns out they had to be picked up in SF and were due to arrive any minute.That was not reassuring - they should have notified me there was a delay - I may have chosen to return Sunday for the installation. I think alignment should be included when you purchase four tires - not an additional charge.Also, I inadvertently purchased a tire protection plan for an additional 150.00. I think the selling part should slow down and the explanation part take a bit more time with each customer.
