The manager was informative and kind. Super fun to be around! No one likes bringing their car in for maintenance but it’s part of the territory, and he made the whole interaction totally worthwhile. The service time was about 2.5hrs for an alignment and rotation, which I’d say is about average for a normal busy Berkeley day. But I had an appointment, so I thought it might’ve been a little shorter. Still no complaints! Great deal and great service!

The service ws veryood, very fast and plasent. I felt the price was too high nd Iam notsure it the cheapes tire (for an old 199 van)

I was a little unhappy about the wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 noon and my car was not ready until 1:50.

The manager, Marcus Kam, told us two lugs likely would break upon removing the spare tire because they were overtightened by the road service putting on the spare tire. Immediately I was skeptical and unhappy; one broke. Because it was very late they had to close before replacing the lug. I drove it back the next day after telling a trusted friend mechanic in charge of a large fleet. He confirmed that it was most likely the road service overtightening that caused the break, and not the nut removal misalignment theory I had

The staff was courteous and efficient; they had my tires in stock, and were able to install two new tires within an hour. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was because they scuffed my rims slightly in the process. This can happen nearly anywhere new tires are installed "� the scuffmarks are usually fixable with fine grit sandpaper.

Michael was very patient and explained everything to me. Told me what they were going to do and then what needed to be done. I wasn't in the dark on anything that was being done to my car.

I use them for a proximately 10 years for my own vehicle and business truck with no complaints.

Steve was excellent associate. Clear communications. Responsive. Helpful. Job was completed a day sooner and with great ease.
