Big O Tires

The waiting room was very basic, but not unpleasant, it could be updated a bit. However, that is not why I was there. There service I received was what I wanted. My car runs great. I appreciate not feeling pressured into making any purchases that were not necessary and given an honest assessment of my car's health,

I had a slow leak in my tire which eventually led to an overnight flat. My hubby managed to get enough air in the tire to cruise down to Big O ~ and just as I'd hoped, they said they'd look at the tire and patch it for FREE since I'd bought my tires there (about a year prior). Hooray! While this may seem like a service one comes to "expect" from a garage, I personally felt like I'd just had the red carpet rolled out for my NEXT visit.

Drove in and asked how long it would take to fix my flat. Was told 1.5 hours. Said I'd come back later in the day. Came back. Left vehicle. They called me when it was done, in just 1 hour. Price was competitive. Bing, Bang, Boom. Just the way I like it.

The customer service agent promptly called to address my online query and ordered the tires, which arrived in 1 business day. Tires were installed in the time frame provided by the agent.

I recently bought tires for my Corolla car didn't realize till I spoke with Specialists the Honda Pilot that I brought in today was not in system..
