Big O Tires

I am not from the area and got a leak in my tire on my way up to Tahoe.The guys helping me were amazing!They got me in and back on the road in no time.I am so appreciative for all the help!!

Friendly, efficient staff helped me understand options for tires, clearly explained the cost, and ensured I knew about all available rebates (which is hugely appreciated for such a large purchase). The service was done relatively quickly, and I loved getting a text update when it was done (vs. a phone call).

Who knew a tire experience could be so gratifying?

My tire was flat and they saved me on the same day. I came in after 5 pm and they finished before they closed at 7! They’re responsible and efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more!

USED THEM 2DAY AGO AND ARE VERY HAPPY THAY KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG JUST BY LOOKING AT IT .

It almost took one hour and a half to complete getting 4 new tires and wheel alignment.

I love this store. I buy my tires from big o and when there's a flat it gets fixed within half an hour.

The reps were clear and fast to diagnose the problem. They gave me a reasonable estimate, which I agreed to, and finished the job within 3.5 hours, much faster that a similar service I had at a different shop.
