I was not prepared to learn that I need 4 tires and that one of the existing tires had a nail in the sidewall. I am retired and have autoimmune disabilities, so my financial resources are limited. Your employee realized how distressed I was and said he would double check on some things. He came back and informed me the nail had gone sideways and did not pierce the tire itself, so I would be safe to continue to drive with it for a while. I will be back for the tires when I can save the $600 to pay for them.

I was so happy with their assistance with my spare tire, I returned back a week later and bought a whole new set of tires. Mark and his crew are absolutely amazing and plan to continue for all of my vehicle needs.
