Robin worked with me to schedule the delivery and installation of new wheels. He was very friendly and accommodating, easy and professional to work with. José did a great job installing my new wheels, making sure to be extra careful when swapping the tires. The work was done carefully, professionally, and fast!

Always right the first time. No returning for a redo on alignments and balancings is a good thing.

I was not aware previously that Big O does oil changes. I moved recently and am very glad to have found a place where I can have tires repaired/replaced/rotated *and* general auto maintenance/repair. It's SO convenient!

I was in a bind - it was NYE and I had a flat tire without a spare. I was waiting for a tow truck and called big O in Walnut Creek. The manager, Robin King, was amazingly helpful and calmed me down when I was in a panic to get my car towed to the shop. It was 12:15 and they were set to close early for New years (1pm). They were the only show open within 50 miles! He assured me he would wait for me and would be happy to help me out. When I arrived I was greeted with nothing but kindness, as were many others at the shop in situations such as mine. Even as I was leaving, which was around 3pm, he was still HAPPILY greeting customers and helping others. He said he knew he was the only place open and just couldn't leave people in a bind. I will definitely use this Big O again and want to thank Robin and the staff that stayed to help. He and the staff definitely made a bad NYE experience the most pleasant possible and went out of their way to accommodate myself and many others. One customer even drove down from the Navato area and he waited for them! Thank you!!!!

Brian was extremely helpful from the moment I initially called to the time I picked up my car. He was able to schedule me on the day I wanted and it was complete when he said it would be. He is very professional and very friendly.

Excellent customer service specifically from Robin. Professional, knowledgeable, and was genuinely concerned to any of my concerns or questions. So many shops train employees to nickel and dime for profits however, Robins overall concern was for 'the customer' and with that kind of honest service we customers will be more than willing to pay any amount over and over again. This location has become my go to tire shop indefinitely.
