Quick and friendly service.

I was helped by an extremely nice guy named Christopher. I told him I needed 2 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment, and that my rim was cracked and I might need that replaced as well. After examining my car he said that my rim wasn't cracked and that I wouldn't need to replace it. He mentioned since he saved me so much money on my rim that I should probably just get 4 new tires since they were all pretty worn. I laughed and after he measure the wear on my tires I agreed. He found me a good deal on 4 tires and added on the alignment and I agreed to the price. I didn't have an appointment so I figured it would take a long time but even without an appointment my car was done in a few hours. Very speedy, efficient, and a quality job. (i rated 4 on cleanliness but the store was really clean, the AC was broken though so it was pretty hot inside the store)

My experience was great they were right on time with how long they said it would take to get my service done. And we’re very helpful on the phone as well. Over all a great experience.

just easy no hassles

Had a huge flat on the Thursday before weekend of 4th of July and they took me in last minute to replace my tire. It was timely and not to mention excellent service. Saved my weekend.

I really needed new tires yesterday and had limited time. Many other shops were booking appointments a week or longer. Brian found time to squeeze me into the schedule yesterday....same day appointment! He helped me find the best tires and worked with me on discounting the price. He quoted me 90 minutes to wait...and my car was ready to roll in only 30 minutes!!! I was totally impressed and was thankful to get my tires so quickly. I think this is the 3rd set of tires I've bought with Brian. I always seem to end up buying from Walnut Creek Big O... he's extremely helpful and I will for sure buy my next set of tires from Brian at the Walnut Creek location.

So far I've been back twice for tires. they are always extremely helpful and able to work me into their busy schedule. I also work in commercial construction and screws get in my tires quite frequently. There have been several instances of them helping free of charge to get me back on the road. definitely went above and beyond what they needed to do, and that's why I will be back whenever I need new tires.
