I was met by Brian right after I got out of my car in the parking lot. This made me feel like I was expected and eliminated a trip in, then back to my car for inspection and mileage.

Had a flat tire and was glad there was a Big O nearby where AAA could tow me to. I was at the store around 6:15am and waited in my car in the parking lot. The manager saw me sitting in the parking lot and at around 6:55am told me I could come in. He took care of me before the first customer in the lobby because he had acknowledged I was sitting out there before he arrived. I took his suggestion on the replacement tire and I was back out on the road within the hour. Always liked how Big O treated their customers and will continue to have my tires repaired or replaced there.

I like this Big O for their convenience location and their professionalism. The service is quick and they are clear about pricing prior to providing service.

I had a flat and needed to replace a tire (two, since they need to be the same on the front) with just 60 days remaining on my lease. They reminded me that Mercedes requires 4 matching tires when turning in a lease. They didn't have the matching tires in stock, but they did have them at their Benicia warehouse and Robin assured me they could get it that same day...and my car got done before the close of business. They didn't try to oversell me, assuring me the back two tires were good enough for lease turn in. Bottom line, great service, good price, and considering I called at 1030am and they had my car done by 6pm without having tires in stock. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I should also note that I called a different Big O tires first in Concord on Clayton, and they didn't offer to get them from their warehouse.

The person who helped me was approachable, knowledgeable, and very professional. Very refreshing experience in comparison to other places I had been to before!
