Every time I've come to this location I've had nothing short of amazing service. Keep it up guys!

They have taken excellent care of my car for the past 4 years. The associates are always friendly and courteous; they always let me know what is going on while my car is being serviced and explain in easy terms what the problem is that was found after running the diagnostic. i trust leaving my car in their capable hands!!!

I have been going to Big O Tires for years and have always been satisfied with their customer service.

I frequent the Big O in Concord on Clayton Rd. and have always had a bad experience, especially with their friendlyness! Big O in Walnut Creek on North Broadway was a great experience and were very friendly and helpful! Night and day experiences!

As always, check in was quick and easy, courteous professional staff, got my car serviced and back on the road in the time. As promised.

I described what I thought may have been the problem, within 15 mins of my arrival, they pinpointed the problem and I was surprised that it was exactly what I suspected - my battery. I had a 3-hour wait, but, I didn't mind because there was a warm, comfortable place to wait (I actually fell asleep because it was warm & quiet). The guys took excellent care of my car!!!

The store is nice, looks new. From what i seen i seen 3 sales staff up front and a Manager running around directing everything. Sales staff nice and communicative Manager on top of his game! great location great team!!
