Recently had front brakes for my 2007 Prius. Big O team was responsive , professional and fair price. Much better service and cost than going to the dealer. The same week, took my 2014 Prius in for a 30,000 service. They noted my front tires were worn due to alignment . Very fair price on 4 new tires, and the 30,000 mile service. Will ensure that I rotate the tires at no cost at Big)O on these new tires to extend the life. Very Happy with the cordiality, service and people at BigO

Brian, my service technician, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Definitely a great asset to Big O. I've been a customer -- 2155 N. Broadway, Walnut Creek, CA -- for nearly two years now and I keep coming back, even though I live closer to the Lafayette Big O (in which I've been well disappointed). Not so with the Walnut Creek store! Please do pass along my compliments to Brian, and to Peter as well, who initially took my call from your call center. He made the right and proper recommendation for the right front tire I needed replaced after hitting a curb (note to self: do not look at your cell phone while driving). Addendum and not at all relevant to this most recent visit: I think you guys way overcharge for four-wheel alignment ($189). I've found a great local guy who will do the same job for $65. The yelp deal and the ease of making an Appointment online. The shop is in an area i can walk around while waiting for my vehicle. I have also bought my tires here due to the price matching and free tire rotations.

I love the tires I purchased from Big O, on another visit. The recommendation from your customer service was spot on. I received an email from Big O, reminding me to have my tires rotated. I was greeted immediately when I arrived at your service center and had my car back in about 45 minutes.

Easy process. Helpful. Talked to me like I was intelligent and explained the situation and possibilities clearly. I felt I was treated honestly and not sold things I didn't really need.

Called at 11am on a Friday. I knew what tires I was looking for and the size. Spoke to Jason , those tires were not in the Walnur Creek store but they were able to get them, mount and balance, and provide an oil change and have my SUV ready at 5pm for pick up. Stormy drive home 50 miles from work was much safer thanks to all there!!!!

Great staff, no place to park when I arrived. Took about an hour but gave me chance to talk new tires with staff. Good deal all around.

I wanted another opinion after visiting a competitive dealer & I found your store so much more superior in their knowledge & service to me.

I contacted about three other places before visiting this specific location, everywhere else was much more overpriced or did not have my specific oil filter in stock. I called this location validated everything was in stock and confirm the price point. I showed up dropped off my vehicle and was warmly greeted upon my entry. The staff was very friendly and educated and took care of my solution right away. I walked back to my office and waited for the call for my car to be ready. I walked back in to pick up my car, show them a coupon I had found online that they honored. When I got back to my office I recommended big O to everyone in the building.

This was my first time to this Big O store as I customarily go to the store in Lafayette. My low tire pressure gage went off in the late afternoon and I was due to travel out of town early the next day. W.C. was still open and assisted me with evaluating my tires and meeting my needs. They even stayed late to install the 4 new tires that I purchased and I was on my way the next morning. This kind of service is rare and I have been telling others about it. I drove 1033 miles on my new tires in the next 3 days and was very glad that my safety came first for Big O.

The associates I worked with (one of them was named Cameron) were all so friendly and when they found an issue that needed to be fixed, they explained everything in detail and were patient when I asked questions. Gave me options and provided suggestions. I appreciated their honesty!
