Excellent as always

I just walked in and asked for a quote. I usually go to Jiffy Lube which was right across the street but I only wanted an oil change only. Cameron Downing helped me out ALOT and was very clear and straightforward which I really appreciated. He was the only on the floor and juggling phone calls and customers with ease. He was really a nice guy and a GREAT rep for the company!!!! Thank you Cameron for making my experience there a Positive one =)

They have a 4 year history of all the service they have performed on my car. When my car had a oil leak, the part needed was no longer available, they came up with an alternative, no more leak. When my header pipe had a crack, the part was no longer available, they found a welder who fixed it. They went above and beyond yet didn't charge me an arm and a leg!! I will continue going here until I can no longer drive!!

Cameron at Walnut Creek was an amazing associate. Honest, transparent and went above and beyond to provide the right service. I went in for tires but he recommended that I still have tread. Ultimately saved me $$ by being honest. Hard to find these days!!

I waited in their comfortable waiting area and was on my way in less than an hour.

Chris, Jonathan & Mike took excellent care of me!! I told them what I thought might be the problem, they reassured me that they would check things out & would call me as soon as they pinpointed my car's woe. When they couldn't get a part from Nissan (because it was no longer available), Chris & the mechanic improvised so they could get the repair done!! I will continue bringing my car to Big O Tires because I TRUST everyone there! They've always been honest in laying out cost and service.
