The first day I went to the shop I don't feel like the service I was getting was good at all. I actually left because the guy that help me was kind of rude. I called around to other big o tires shops and came across 1 of 2 of your angels Ryan at your Danville location... I was willing to go out my way to get the work done. He suggested going to Walnut Creek but I told him I preferred not to due to bad service. He asked me what happened. I went into detail and he said he would contact the manager at Walnut Creek and explain the situation and get me taken care of. Later, angel number 2 Zack from the Walnut Creek location called. He apologized and arranged services for me. Financially, I wasn't prepared to get 2 new tires. I looked online and found $58 tires but know one had them just more expensive ones. Zack helped me out and though I still paid more than I could... him doing everything he could and trying to help made me feel so good. Thank you Zack and Ryan, big o tires is lucky to have you.

The staff are very nice and honest and work for my best interest. I could not afford to do all the work on my car on this visit and it was not a problem. I asked for the recommendation on what to do this trip and was expertly advised. When the cost of the work went up, I was notified immediately and the gentleman did everything in his power to help reduce the cost with coupons. I really appreciated this thoughtfulness. I had to log on the side of the road and drove straight to my nearest big o. They got right on it and I was back on the road in less than two hours. No monkey business no upselling. My warranties were honored and I left with an extraordinary value

Robin and the team in Walnut Creek were great! Details and explanations about everything were easy to follow and delivered in a courteous manner that I so appreciated. Timely service and customer care were over the top. All the way down to warming my car up and taking me out to get in with an umbrella on a very stormy day. I will be coming back with my other vehicles to see this shop and manager. Thank you all very much!

Robin was very courteous and did her best to finish my service quickly - I had another appointment to be at. I wanted to skip questions 3 and 4 above, but it wouldn't let me. I don't remember discussing any products - that's why the 3 rating.

I had to take my Nissan back to Walnut Creek, CA Big O and "T" who waited on me was very accommodating! He had the noise I was hearing fixed within 1 hour and I was back on the road! Great customer service!!

It was great to be able to come in before closing to get an emergency tire repair taken care of. If it wasn't for Big-O I would have been stuck 30 miles from home.
