Big O Tires

As soon as i came into the store they asked me what i need help with. Theu saw what was going on immediately got me connected with some amazing all terrain tires. And gave me feedback on which tires will be good or not. However i did pay more than hoping i would pay. I also needed a allignmemt done and they got my truck done super fast and veru friendly love it!

My car is in need of some repairs but they did not push me to have the work done today.

Fast, courteous, friendly, professional. These are the ways I would describe the staff at Big O Tires in Walnut Creek, and the service was stellar. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my car, called me later with a couple issues I had forgotten, and had my car ready within a couple hours. Kudos for a well-run operation.

The check-in went well. The attendant, Dustin Baker, was very friendly, knew what quality and price I wanted to pay, and was very informative regarding the products.

I made an appointment on a Saturday morning and they were able to change my tires within a few hours, with excellent service. Ryan M. was able to help me find the tires I needed, and several other employees asked if I needed assistance while he went outside to pull my car around and check the specs to ensure I goth the proper tires. Ryan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made a great recommendation for tires that provided quality at a great price, as they were right in the range of other tire prices. I had told him I thought I might need new brakes, as my Equinox was at 71,000 miles, but when I returned to pick up the car they told me they were in great shape. I appreciate the honesty, as some place might try and offer brakes as I had mentioned my perception they were worn. Overall great service, would recommend them to anyone and will be returning when I need tires and/or brakes!

For tire service (I had a screw in my tire) I was in and out in about 1/2 hour. I was prepared to wait at least an hour.

The Big O store in Walnut Creek has always gone above and beyond for me and my family, that's why I keep coming back.

The staff was superb. They discussed the various products and recommended which they felt would be best for our car based on how much we drive, how we drive and more. Overall, just a great experience.

picked up a nail in my new tire but they pulled it out ...no hole...phew and rotated my tires all with a smile!!

I have been going to Big O for numerous years. The service is great. I am always greeted with friendly and professional workers. Whatever the problem is, it's done perfectly and in a reasonable time.

Quick, professional service

I was so flustered and having a hard day, and Zack (or Zach) at the front desk helped me so much! He got my vehicle in as soon as he possibly could, gave me nice company (when he wasn't busy working), and offered great advice to an 18 year old on her own. Never once did I feel intimidated or pressured to spend money on anything I did not need. He even gave me estimates for what was the two biggest problems with my car for when I eventually have money next. Wish I could have left a heavy tip for him! Amazing customer service, personality, and sincerity. I will be back shortly!!

Was able to obtain the tires I needed for my trailer and installation took a little over an hour.
