I came in with a nail in my tire. The welcome fellow did a great job of greeting me and getting the problem noted and repair started as soon as possible. I was very impressed with the service.

Was able to obtain the tires I needed for my trailer and installation took a little over an hour.

Mr. Vincent Vandahlen and Mr. Ed Alvarez did an outstanding job making me feel very comfortable and helping me with getting 4 new excellent Michelin Defender tires for my pick up truck...

both my cars needed new tires. I shopped online and found the best price that was not big o. I brought the quote to big o and they match the price, no questions asked. Crystal was fantastic. They got the work done on the same day and no appointment was needed.

The Walnut Creek store was absolutely great. I was able to set the time over the phone. Has the car towed in. Then, they called when the service was complete. Just fantastic. I tried first to contact the Concord Store on Clayton Avenue. They did everything they could to turn me away. I will never contact them again. I will stay with Walnut Creek. Customer service was superb.

I've used them before, to buy tires. I wanted an oil change/rotation. Was going to schedule it for the weekend but was informed they'd be closed (paving). Crystal got my car in. Not only they, it was done ahead of 'schedule'. The young (black) man working on it chatted with me. Did a bang up job and not one 'grease mark' anywhere on the car. In fact, not even on hand print. They also parked it in the shade when done. Should have gotten the young man's name. I'd have HIM work on my car again.

I got a very good discount coupon by email, the check-in staff were courteous and efficient, they got my car right in there and back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I was very happy overall. Some previous visits I feel like there has been some sales pressure to buy things I don’t necessarily need. But this visit was excellent

They ordered a replacement wheel and they installed it without issues. Great service.

I went in for 2 new tires and an alignment, Robin (who was refereed to me by a friend) took great care of me and was able to assist me and get me on my way as fast as he could. There was a young lady who was also working the front desk who helped me as well and is very knowledgeable. I was impressed with their assistance and will for sure return to those 2 fantastic people any time i need some work done!

The service was good and the workers did a good job

Had a tire go bad while still covered by road hazard. No fight, guys got me in quick, replaced the tire and I was back on the road in an hour.

I bring my car here for all services and repairs because the staff is always courteous and they know my car. If they are not able to do the repair themselves, they outsource to make sure the repair is done, rather than give up and tell me to go somewhere else.
