I've been a Big O just for a long time-mostly tires,and usually go to one near my place in Oakland.I work in WC,so convenience was high-I think I'll switch to your store as my regular place. made an appt on Wed for Friday am-put my car up & did a service and got me out in time to get to work-much appreciated.good interaction w/ Victoron Wed and Rob on Friday.appreciaTED A HUMAN APPROACH AND DIDNT FEEL LIKE ALL THEY WANTED TO DO WAS MORE WORK ON MY VAN. (OF COURSE THEY WOULD'VE LIKED TO,Y'ALL ARE IN BUSINESS...) sorry cap lock...but there are a lot of ways to suggest service without making people fell like you're running even a small game on them.most people have trust issues with mechanics,so finding a shop that you feel you can trust is pretty significant.good for you for making yours that kind of store.

I really appreciated the level of customer service I received upon bring my old Saturn here. I was given a fair and reasonable estimate of cost to fix and I really appreciated not being taken advantage of, having only a very miniscule amount of knowledge on engine light codes and their meanings.

I needed tires, but not sure if I really needed two or four. They were honest and informative and I only had to get 2! Unlike a store nearby who tried to sell me 4!
