Very pleased with the quality and level of service received at this Big O store in Walnut Creek. Robin King, the manager, is friendly, knowledgable, professional and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need or want. Robin and his team were able to get the tires that I wanted the same day, and I was pleased with the prompt and expert installation. I plan on returning and would happily recommend to friends and family.

It would have been nice to be offered the waiting room.

My car needed to be towed in on a Sunday for a blown tire and I was helped quickly and efficiently.

I used them last week and was so pleased, they said it would be ready in an hour and an hour it was,

I came in with somewhat of an emergency situation and the guys really pulled it off for me. I had a track event scheduled and needed a new set of rear tires. Of coarse I had to have the hard to find tires for my hard to find sizes and they still made it happen.

I have used you before and was satisfied, with the service and came back for additional work .
