Great service... Good Staff. Helpful. Carrying. I feel safe when I roll out of there cause I know I got taken care of with with detailed care.

When I brought my car in on February 24th, to replace the battery, it was recommended I replace the starter too, unfortunately, I didn't heed this recommendation. I ended up being stranded and had to have my car towed to the shop (on March 7th). The guys could see I was upset, they did what they could to alleviate my frustration. Mike was such a nice guy to offer a ride to the BART station so I could meet my sister for a ride home.

The tires I wanted had to be brought in from another store but they got there in a matter of hours. Wonderful!

Mike was wonderful and the men who worked on my tire installation and alignment. Fast service and I already had an appointment because they needed to order my tires.

I already have credit card. Service was faster than I was told I was very pleased.

The store manager was quite knowledgeable and helped me out. The tires happened to be in-store, which for my car is a rare event. I got new brakes and a front-end alignment all at the same time. Service was excellent.
