Big O Tires

This was a refreshing experience. The time for putting on new tires and alignment was very quick, which was appreciated. New tires are quite and ride very good.

I don't know who the guy was that helped me, he had a torn ligament in his arm, but he was awesome. His attitude was the best and we had great conversation.

I came in for a tire repair. My tires were covered under warranty so the cost was free. I was very pleased that they also rotated and balanced my tires while completing the repair. Big O Tires has been my "go-to" place for car repair. They are trustworthy and kind. I also appreciate the extended hours on evenings and weekends which play a huge part in my choice to use this service.

Experienced tire failure during warranty period due to a puncture. Tire was replaced without any issues and has performed well since replacement.

Appointment for 9 AM Tuesday. Arrived at 8:10 AM and was home with alignment done at 9:04 AM.

No big deal to get an oil change, but the promptness of response was great and the complimentary ride home while the work was being done was just great. Also the free plugging of a nail penetration and free rotation didn't hurt your reputation either. Good work.

The store manager was very friendly, helpful and attentive. He remembered my name and what the reason for the visit. The car was ready earlier than I had expected which was a bonus.

I got a flat tire while driving from Sacramento to San Francisco at 6AM on a Sunday morning. They handled the repair and communicated very well even though they were short staffed in the office. Considering all I could do was drop the key in the door slot their service was perfect.

When I arrived, the service lead walked across the parking lot and met me at my car. He helped roll my tire to the front door.The service was quick and easy and the repair was done on time.

Robin the store manager was very customer oriented and professional.
